I had a really bad flare up for about 4-5 months and was miserable. I couldn't hardly eat anything or it would hurt so badly. I could only eat the blandest salt free foods and lost 20 lbs. My doctor told me to try the Desert Harvest Aloe Vera and gave me some free samples to try. I felt a little better and so ordered it and after about 3 weeks, I was alot better. When I started feeling back to being more normal, I tried to go without it due to the cost. After a couple of weeks, it started up again. So I ordered more and will stay on it. My doctor said it was the only brand that he thought would work and gave me lots of info to read from their company. It also helped my friend who has IC much worse than I do.

I just wanted to write a few positive words about the Desert Harvest Aloe Vera capsules...

The main problem with my bladder is inflamation. When I had my cysto/hydro, the urologist noted that all parts of my bladder were inflamed. But, a week ago my bladder was a little irritated. I took a few of the aloe capsules and within hours I felt so much better. I've been using them for about 10 days and still feel great. I would recommend that anyone dealing with inflamation give them a try!

I have IC for 15 years,and recently it started to feel alots better since I took Akalife drops and a little bit of baking soda to change the ph of the water that I drink I do this for a week than I started taking cytoprotek and Desert Havest aleo vera.3x2 per day.Now I am able to eat Chinese or Indian food every other week without problem.

I have been taking Cystoprotek and Desert Harvest aloe vera capsules since late Jan. 07 AND I followed the IC diet very strictly for at least 4 months, until my bladder healed. I am FINE now. I sleep through the night, I don't pee a lot, and I don't have pain. At the advice of a researcher in this field, I take these 2 products because he told me they work best when taken together. I take 3 aloe vera 2X a day and took 2 Cystoprotek 3X a day for 5 months. Now I take 2 2X a day. For 4 months I also only drank Evian or Fiji water or another high PH water --7 or over. Water is acidic unless it has a PH of 7 or over. it is expensive to do this, but it soothed my bladder to the extent now that I am well.

The freeze-dried aloe vera from Desert harvest definitely help with my IC. It also helps my gastritis and heartburn. Although it is overpriced, it is worth it to me to get the relief it brings.
