I was drinking just 60 ml every day. Before I had a Migraine attack 2-3 times per month and no medecins or cures helped me. Now I have attacks 3-4 times per year! they are less intensive and it's gone with 1 pill
An other benefit I have no more allergies for cats. In my childhood I had asthma and 18 allergens!with strong diet, good treatment and age asthma has gone but the cat allergie was inexplicably strong! Now I'm FREE! I'm lucky!

I recommend aloe vera to all people for various purpose! take 50-100 ml per day during at least 3 months for general health. Take aloe as much months as you have years your illness. (10 years gastritis=10 months to take aloe) Be healthy!

Did it work?
Yes

No
Brand Used:

Form Used:

Experience:

The "brand" was Aloeland; the product was Frio Calor (Hot Cold) pain gel. I get a mild/medium Migraine 3 to 4 times a year; I know when it's about to start - mild headache and a flashing sensation at the side of one eye. So I take 'brufin and lie down in a quiet and darkened room and then sleep (try to!) for about 12hours and it clears. Tried this gel on forehead and back of the neck and the Migraine is cleared within about a hour - I still lie down but it goes within an hour, not the 12 hours it used to take. Used it on other painful areas (when I fell over in the winter ice) and it really does relieve my pain.

Take it, rub it in for sprains, strains, migraines, etc. cos it does work!
