Take an empty inhaler, remove the nipple and clean the bottle, then fill it about two-thirds with Aloe Vera gel or juice. Refit the nipple and use it as an inhaler to provide relief.
How long will it take for Aloe Vera to work with Sinus Problems?
General feedback suggests it is best to use the inhaler regularly, even when they are not experiencing any sinus problems. This seems to prevent an attack.
Aloe Vera will not 'cure' the underlying cause of the Sinus attacks so they may return if use of the inhaler is stopped.
