The oldest remedy involving Aloe Vera is to take a piece of gel from the leaf and cut it to the size of half a finger. Freeze it and insert it into the rectum.

Alternatively use Aloe Vera gel or cream and, using the index finger, massage it into and around the rectum. Where the rectum if very painful you can also try putting gel in a syringe (the type without a needle often used by vets) and inject this gently into the rectum.

How long will it take for Aloe Vera to work with Hemorrhoids and Bleeding Piles?

Aloe Vera can be applied as often as desired but it should be used after each bowel movement, after a bath and before goin to bed.

Aloe Vera is anti inflammatory so immediate relief for the pain is usually achieved with other symptoms dissappearing within a few days
