Can Aloe Vera cure, help, treat or prevent Hair Loss?
The following information is for humans with Hair Loss
Introduction to Hair Loss
Hair Loss or baldness is known medically as alopecia. There are two common types:
Alopecia prematura where the hair slowly thins. Common causes are thought to be due to genetics, hormones or a poor diet.
Alopecia areata where the hair suddenly falls out, often in clumps. This is usually due to a trauma or stress.
Note hair loss can also be caused by other diseases such as eczema or psoriasis.
It is important to understand that hair can only grow back if the Papilla (or root) is still alive. It is possible to outwardly appear totally bald but to have hair roots with the potential to grow new hair.
