I began by taking Forever Living Aloe Very gel drink at 60 mls initially for 2-3 days and increased the amount to 90mls daily. You can take 120mls daily maximum but I feel well with this amount. I decided to become a distributor for Forever Living and I an completely satisfied with the range of gel drinks that are produced having tried them all.
Recommendations
Give it a chance to work for a few days start off with 60mls daily the benefits are a clean bowel that can then absorb all nutrients from your food. You will also experience other health benefits like clear skin and general increase in stamina, you will have much more energy.

After 1 week of 60mls per day I begin to notice an easing of my discomfort. After 2 weeks almost complete relief. I have been drinking the aloe berry nectar for 5 months now and will not be stoping.
