To be very wary of using Aloe products, whilst it clearly is very beneficial to some, it can have very nasty side effects for others. I had been using Aloe on and off for some years for myself , family and animals. I use essential oils frequently, having studied Zoopharmacognosy for animals, so I am a great believer in "natural" products, however just because they are "natural" does not mean they cannot have serious side effects! What worries me is that Aloe seems to be being added to so many products and there does seem to be evidence that it has a cumulative effect. Is this being researched?

often i would have about 1 ounce a day mixed in a fruit drink, then for some unexplained reason i stopped.
one week i noticed my skin (face, neck, forearms, legs) was all getting dryer and dryer by the day.
i would occasionally use moisturizers or make up, but not this week.
one day i was shocked to see myself in the mirror...face pale and drawn, sagging jowls and "chicken neck" ! OMG !!
i took my bottle of aloe vera to the bathroom and soaked myself all over rubbing in 2 or 3 handfulls and just let it soak in and air dry.
no kidding >> within 1/2 hour when i saw myself in the mirror, i looked 10 years younger...face and neck had tightened up, jowls were almost non existent and my whole body felt fantastic, healthy and moisturized. this lasted about 3 days and i repeated the application with same impressive results.
last year i used to mix aloe vera juice into my face and body creams...they seemed nicer, but no comparison to this experience.... rubbing it straight from the bottle directly onto real dry skin!
EUREKA! the benchmark for dry skin relief has be raised!

For 22 years I have struggled with irritating dry skin on my face and across my shoulders and neck. I've spent a fortune trying anything and everything. I've seen doctors who have prescribed creams, lotions and bath oils. Most provided a quick fix but not the long term cure I was looking for, and I pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I would have to put up with this problem for the rest of my life.
However, my life was changed with Aloe Vera Gel and the Aloe Propolis Creme. As soon as I applied the creme, I knew straight away it was different and within about 3 days use, my skin was back to how it was over 22 years ago. These products are fantastic and they work... thank you.

I used Aloe Vera for my general health as well as for the tretment of dry skin. I drank 2oz twice a day.
I also used it on burns and found that i did not have any blistering.
Recommendations
Have a plant or a good quality jelly on hand especially if you children to use in the treatment of burns.
Try a good quality gel for any of the skin problems it is claimed it can help.
