Tried it for one month
Had no side effects
Within a month of drinking 3 ounces per day (one with each meal) I had fully recovered from tendinitis in my toes.
I had tried a variety of anti-inflammatory prescriptions, all of which upset my stomach and gave me mild to heavy diarrhoea. Aloe Vera gel may taste like dirt, but it works without negative side effects. I have recommended it to many friends since.
