"My hay fever was so bad that I could not go outside for about 4 weeks every summer without non stop sneezing and really itchy eyes.
I started drinking 1 tablespoon three times a day as instructed (it tasted awful!!!)
But it was enough and even though I it was the middle of my season and I was told it might not work I felt a difference after 10 days.
