"often i would have about 1 ounce a day mixed in a fruit drink, then for some unexplained reason i stopped.
one week i noticed my skin (face, neck, forearms, legs) was all getting dryer and dryer by the day.
i would occasionally use moisturizers or make up, but not this week.
